Trip day to day

This itinerary is a blend of rigorous sailing, island hopping, and cultural immersion, designed to captivate the adventurous sailor’s spirit.

Launch your adventure from Ponta Delgada, the bustling hub of São Miguel, the largest of the Azorean jewels. Navigate through the Atlantic, bracing against the elements, and embracing the thrill of the open sea. Your first leg is an active sail, finding harmony with the winds and waves.

Anchor in the legendary harbor of Horta, Faial. This marina, a canvas of colorful maritime tales painted on its walls, is a rite of passage for ocean wanderers. Leave your mark among the myriad of sea stories adorning the harbor walls. Explore Peter’s Sport Café, an iconic sailor’s haunt, steeped in 80 years of seafaring history.

Sail to Pico, an island piercing the skies with its volcanic peaks. The challenging sail is a testament to your skill, steering through the unpredictable whims of the Atlantic. On land, the rugged landscapes and vineyards provide a stark contrast to the deep blue sea.

Your journey continues to São Jorge, an elongated island of verdant cliffs and hidden coves. Here, balance your time between exploring the quaint fishing villages and mastering the craft of sailing in these mesmerizing waters.

Embark on a multi-day sailing challenge to Corvo, the smallest and most remote of the islands. This leg of the journey tests your endurance and navigation prowess as you traverse the open sea, guided by stars and the ancient wisdom of mariners.

Arrive at the enigmatic Corvo, a tiny island of untamed beauty and volcanic majesty. Explore the crater lakes and soak in the tranquility of this seldom-visited paradise.

Conclude your expedition by charting a course back to São Miguel. Reflect on the myriad experiences, from navigating treacherous waters to discovering secluded bays and experiencing the unique Azorean culture.
